Engineered Total Flooding System
The SHTG 227 (HFC-227ea) system is a pressurized, engineered total flooding fire suppression system super-pressurized with dry nitrogen, available at 25, 42, 50, and 70 Bar operating pressure. It suppresses Class A, B, and C hazards by absorbing heat (80%) and through direct chemical action (20%) — discharging in under 10 seconds without leaving residue.

362 psi
DOT welded cylinders (16.7L–369L). Standard DOT pressure for existing infrastructure.
609 psi
Widest range — welded (16.6L→453L) and seamless (15L→180L). Standard TPED/ISO installations.
725 psi
Seamless (15L→180L). Extended pipe runs for medium-complexity layouts.
1015 psi
Seamless (15L→180L). Maximum pressure rating for space-constrained installations.
